At this time, we only accept PayPal or in-store payments, as well as all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).

What are your shop hours?
Currently, we are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, and Saturdays from 10:30AM to 8:00PM. We are closed on Sundays for restock.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all floral sales are final, and we do not accept returns. We do, however, accept returns and exchanges for add-ons such as vases and other gifts within 14 days of purchase.
We strive to deliver fresh flowers and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly to resolve any issues.
What are your rush delivery options?
Rush delivery is available for all orders and delivery time ranges from 1-3 business days. Same-day shipping is available for an extra fee. Please note that same-day deliveries must be arranged by phone or in-person at our shop prior to 11:00AM for guaranteed delivery before the end of the day.
